When you submit a contact enquiry or a booking request, we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, phone number, and the details of your enquiry — the category or package you are interested in, preferred date and time, location, and any message you include.

If you complete an online payment for a booking, our payment provider processes the transaction. We do not collect or store your card, UPI or bank credentials on our website. We store only the booking reference, the amount and the payment status needed to fulfil your session.

Your details are used only to respond to your enquiry, plan and confirm your shoot, communicate with you before and after the session, send booking confirmations and deliver your final images.

We may contact you on the phone number or email you provided, including through WhatsApp, to coordinate your booking. If you prefer a particular channel, just tell us.

Your personal information is treated as strictly confidential. We never sell, rent or trade your contact details or client data to any third party for marketing or any other purpose.

We share information only with the service providers strictly required to fulfil your booking — such as our email delivery provider (to send confirmations) and our payment gateway (to process payments securely). These providers process data only on our behalf and only for your booking.

Images from your session are used to deliver your package. Any public display of your photographs — on our website, portfolio or social media — is covered by the usage terms you agree to at booking. If you would like any image excluded from public display, tell us and we will respect that choice.

Booking records are kept only as long as needed to provide our services, maintain accounts, and comply with applicable law. Access to booking records is limited to the studio team.

Our website transmits form data over secure connections, and payments are handled by a certified payment gateway. No method of transmission is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable safeguards to protect your information.

You may ask us at any time to access, correct or delete the personal details we hold about you, or to stop receiving communications from us. Write to the email below and we will act on your request, subject to record-keeping required by law.
