Cancellation Policy

All cancellations and reschedule requests must reach the studio by phone, WhatsApp or email — the same channels you booked through. A request is considered received only when the studio confirms it. Please keep written confirmation for your records.

• 72 hours or more before the session: you may reschedule once to the next available slot at no charge, or cancel per the Refund Policy.
• Between 24 and 72 hours before the session: rescheduling is possible subject to slot availability and may attract a rescheduling fee to cover prep work already done. Cancellation at this stage forfeits the advance payment.
• Less than 24 hours before the session, or a no-show: the booking cannot be rescheduled or cancelled without forfeiture of all amounts paid.

A booking may be rescheduled once free of charge with sufficient notice. The new date must be within 30 days of the original session date, subject to availability. Further reschedules are at the studio's discretion and may carry a fee.

If the rescheduled slot is also missed or cancelled, the booking is treated as cancelled and the Refund Policy applies from that point.

For outdoor shoots, weather is a shared risk. If conditions make shooting unsafe or unworkable, the studio will offer a rescheduled slot at no extra cost. If you choose to cancel instead of rescheduling, the Refund Policy applies based on the notice given.

If the studio must cancel — due to illness, emergency or circumstances genuinely outside its control — you will be offered a priority reschedule or a full refund of every amount paid, as set out in the Refund Policy. This clause does not apply where the studio ends a session early under the conduct rules in the Terms & Conditions.
